Rules for using Tournament Manager as an organizer, staff member, team manager, or visitor.

1. Agreement

By accessing or using Tournament Manager (the "Service"), operated by GIZMOBEZO, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Tournament Manager provides tools to create tournaments, accept registrations, generate fixtures, control live matches, publish public schedules and standings, send optional notifications, and connect broadcast workflows (including OBS overlays and optional YouTube Live scheduling).

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure.
Organizer access may require approval by a site administrator.
You are responsible for activity under your account.

4. Organizer responsibilities

Tournament organizers are responsible for obtaining consent from players, publishing accurate information, complying with applicable laws, and complying with third-party terms (YouTube, Telegram, SMS providers) they connect.

5. YouTube & third-party services

Optional YouTube integration lets organizers schedule live broadcasts on their own channel. By connecting YouTube, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service unlawfully, attempt to breach security, scrape or overload the platform without permission, or impersonate others.

7. Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
