Tournament Manager is a web application for organizing sports tournaments, including public registration, fixtures, live match control, notifications, and broadcast tools. The service is owned and operated by GIZMOBEZO.

2. Information we collect

• Account data — name, email, and role for organizers, staff, and team managers.
• Tournament data — team, player, and official details submitted on registration forms.
• Notification settings — Telegram chat IDs, SMS numbers, and alert preferences when enabled.
• YouTube connection (optional) — OAuth tokens, channel ID, and channel title to schedule live broadcasts. We do not store video content.
• Google sign-in (optional) — email and name when enabled for organizer login.

3. How we use information

We use data to run tournaments, send opt-in notifications, schedule YouTube live events when connected, provide realtime updates, and maintain security. We do not sell personal information.

4. Google & YouTube APIs

When you connect YouTube, Tournament Manager uses Google OAuth and the YouTube Data API to manage scheduled live broadcasts on your channel. You can disconnect anytime in Account Settings.

Our use of Google user data adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.

5. Your choices

Update profile details in Account Settings, disconnect integrations, or contact us to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable law provides those rights.

6. Changes

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date will change when we do.
