Privacy by design
How we use your data (transparency)
Tournament Manager only requests personal or Google user data for clear, limited purposes:
- Account & tournament data — names, emails, and roster details you submit when registering teams or managing an event.
- Google sign-in (optional) — if enabled, we receive your Google account name and email to authenticate organizer login. We do not access unrelated Google data.
- YouTube connection (optional) — if an organizer connects YouTube, we use Google OAuth and the YouTube Data API to schedule live broadcasts on their own channel. We store OAuth tokens and channel metadata only to provide that feature. We do not upload, download, or store video content. You can disconnect anytime in Account Settings.
- Notifications (optional) — Telegram or SMS settings you choose for alerts about registrations and match updates.
