Data Deletion Instructions
How to request deletion of your personal data from Tournament Manager, including data connected through third-party sign-in such as Facebook or Google.
Last updated: 6 July 2026
1. What you can request
You can ask us to delete the personal data we hold about you, including:
- Account data — your name, email, and login credentials.
- Registration data — player, official, or team-manager details you submitted on registration forms.
- Connected accounts — OAuth data from third-party sign-in providers (Facebook, Google) and integrations such as YouTube.
- Notification settings — Telegram chat IDs, SMS numbers, and alert preferences.
2. How to request deletion
Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Data deletion request" from the email address associated with your account. Include your account email and, if applicable, the tournament or team your data was registered under.
If you signed in with Facebook, you can also remove Tournament Manager from Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites; then email us as above to have the associated data deleted from our systems.
3. What happens next
We will confirm your request, verify that you own the account, and delete the data within 30 days. Some records may be retained where we have a legal obligation to keep them (for example, fraud prevention or dispute records), and public match results are retained in anonymized form where your personal details are removed.
